Our Executives

Introduction

The Global Executive Council of the Ibadan City Academy Old Students’ Association (ICAOSA Global) is the highest administrative and decision-making body of the Association. The Council is entrusted with the responsibility of providing leadership, direction, and coordination for all ICAOSA activities worldwide.

Comprising experienced and dedicated alumni drawn from different graduating sets, the Global Executive Council works collectively to uphold the values of the Association, implement its policies, and advance the development of Ibadan City Academy.

Then, we educate you every step of the way.We believe that effective communication is the cornerstone of a robust and prosperous relationship. Role of the Global Executive Council

The Global Executive Council is responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and policy direction

  • Coordinating the activities of all ICAOSA branches globally

  • Overseeing projects, programs, and initiatives of the Association

  • Ensuring transparency, accountability, and good governance

  • Representing ICAOSA in official engagements and partnerships

  • Strengthening alumni engagement and unity worldwide

  • President General

    Mr. Tunde Akintunde (Class of 1976)
    Provides overall leadership, represents the Association globally, and presides over meetings and official engagements.

    Vice President General I

    Alhaji Remi Bello (1977)
    Supports the President General and oversees strategic initiatives and inter-branch coordination.

    Vice President General II

    Dr. Yinka Tella (1982)
    Assists in policy implementation and special assignments as delegated by the President General.

    General Secretary

    Mr. Olabamiji Adeniyi Akinlade (1981)
    Manages the administrative affairs of the Association, records proceedings, and ensures effective communication.

    Assistant General Secretary I

    Mr. Abiodun Sola Adesina (1983)
    Supports the General Secretary in documentation and coordination of executive activities.

    Mr. Owolabi Adekunle (1989)
    Assists with correspondence, records management, and administrative support.

    Publicity Secretary

    Oversees public relations, media engagement, and dissemination of information.
